Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. We offer full-time, part-time and weekend positions with pay ranging from $17 to $24 per hour.

As a DSP, you will help individuals learn life skills, encourage community involvement, and promote safety as described in each person’s service plan. A high school diploma or GED is required, and driving license is needed to support transportation duties;

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

Responsibilities

• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
• Create positive moments within their environment.
• Give back with positive attitude toward work and others.
