Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and person-centered care. Flexible hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends.

DSPs should be proactive, able to support nontraditional communication methods, and committed to career advancement. Starting pay is $17–$24 per hour, with opportunities for scheduling flexibility and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be person-centered minded.
• Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must be willing to have a background check.
• Must be willing to take a drug screening.
• Must be willing to have authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities
