Top Tier Transitions is seeking a compassionate Senior Downsizing & Move Specialist for part-time, flexible scheduling in Elgin. You will support seniors and families during relocation, helping decluttering, packing, and organizing belongings with care.

This role requires empathy, organizational skills, and strong communication. You will travel locally within the Chicagoland area, lift up to 25 lbs, and assist with estate preparation and donation coordination, delivering high‑touch service.

Responsibilities

• Sort items into Keep, Resale, Donation, or Disposal categories.
• Coordinate donations to local organizations with care.
• Prepare homes for sale or new occupants and assist with estate preparation.
