Responsibilities

• Manage the adoption process following BYC policies.
• Manage adoption follow up with adopters.
• Counsel adopters on training services and basic animal care.
• Maintain records in shelter management software.
• Answer phones and greet prospective adopters, delivering excellent service.
• Assist Dog Center Manager with intake of dogs from foster homes.
