Job summary

Ivy Park at Mission Viejo is seeking a Dishwasher to support meal service by presetting, cleaning, and sanitizing dishware. This role involves transporting dishes, clearing and returning them to storage, and assisting with kitchen cleanup while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling resident concerns professionally, working with the team, and maintaining a clean dining environment in a senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen, wash and sanitize, and store properly.
• Assist with kitchen breakdown and general sanitation cleanup.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
