Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours.
• Knowledge of intellectual disabilities, mental illness, human behavior and relationships.
• Mature, confidential, and able to maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Implement the services outlined in each Individual's ISP.
• Submit daily activity and progress documentation per policy.
• Report late arrivals or absences to the Program Manager promptly.
• Provide ADL support, participate in activities and community engagement.
• Transport Individuals as designated and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate time records and comply with all required training.
