Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with IDD
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and household tasks
• Implement ISPs and document progress
• Transport clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands
• Encourage independence and community integration
• Communicate with supervisors, family members, and care team members
• Respond to behavioral challenges using approved protocols
