Job summary

Hope House is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time, hands-on direct-care work with residents who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, medication support, and documentation while following individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and communication.
• Willingness to provide hands-on personal care including bathing and toileting.
• Ability to follow training, procedures, and individualized support plans.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to complete required training.
• Reliable transportation to Hope House in Liberty Hill.
• Capacity to meet physical requirements and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily activities
• Assist with mobility and meals
• Monitor and report health or behavioral changes
• Provide medication support as trained and authorized
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment
