Strong interpersonal skills with patient, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with IDD.
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal prep, and household tasks.
Implement ISPs and document progress accurately.
Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities.
Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration.
Communicate with supervisors, family, and care team.
Respond to behavioral support needs and crises.
