Job summary

Love Help Care Family Support LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our Indianapolis, IN team. You will provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, implementing ISPs and documenting progress to help clients live their best lives.

In this role, you will enable daily living activities, assist with personal care, meal prep, and transportation to appointments and activities, while collaborating with families and the care team to promote

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Responsibilities
