Job summary

Love Help Care Family Support LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Indianapolis team. You will provide personalized care to individuals with disabilities, helping with daily living activities and implementing ISPs.

You will transport clients to appointments, record progress, and work with families and supervisors to support independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in human services preferred.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
