Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to document care in English and communicate with clients and staff.
• Physical ability to stand, move, lift, and perform ADLs as needed.
• Background check, driving record, and required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote independence.
• Document daily activities, observations, and incidents accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and implement individualized care plans.
