Qualifications

• Two years of experience with developmental disability programs or long-term care population preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participant with activities of daily living.
• Perform tasks delegated by Supervisor per Maryland DDA requirements.
• Assist with medication reminders as needed.
• Ensure light housekeeping duties are completed.
• Ensure safety of participant at all times.
• Use agency electronic systems for communication and progress notes.
• Report and document incidents within required timeframes.
• Check emails daily to maintain communication with program office.
• Drive and engage with community activities or events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Director.
