Qualifications

• Two years of experience with developmental disability program participant or long-term care population preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass criminal background investigation and other required checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living.
• Perform tasks delegated by Supervisor in compliance with Maryland DDA requirements.
• Assist with medication and medication reminders as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping duties and maintain participant safety.
• Use agency electronic systems for communication, progress notes, and incident reporting.
• Report and document incidents within required timeframes.
• Check emails daily to communicate with program office.
