Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.

Responsibilities

Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Provide patient, respectful care and help with daily living activities.
Collaborate with supervisors and the care team to support participants' independence.
