You will assist with personal hygiene, support participants with behavioral challenges, and help them participate in favorite activities while building meaningful relationships. Sevita emphasizes growth, stability, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental or complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and social opportunities.
• Support participants in pursuing personal goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and stable, reliable support.
