and a mission to promote growth and independence for those we serve. As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal hygiene, support participants with complex needs, help them pursue activities, and foster meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and basic caregiving tasks.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community participation.
• Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve.
• Provide compassionate, patient, reliable care and safety supervision.
