Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or direct support for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Experience working in community-based or residential support settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with meal preparation, mobility, and medication assistance.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor health and safety.
