Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills include communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and develop skills.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and families.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure participant safety and wellbeing.
