Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals access community resources and social activities.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting.
