Job summary

REM Community Services in Newfield, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional. Pay is $19.71/hr with per diem opportunities and shifts 3p-11p and overnight 2-4 times a week, including weekends.

You’ll support individuals with developmental goals, daily living activities, and personal hygiene, while helping them participate in the community and build meaningful relationships under a caring Sevita team.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient-facing skills are essential.
