Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Onsite, PRN) to support individuals in achieving personal and developmental goals. You'll be part of a mission-driven team, earning $17.25 per hour with on-demand pay and a robust benefits package.

You will assist with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and promote community inclusion while advancing your professional skills in healthcare and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• A clean driving record is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful clearance of background checks is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community activities and recreation.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative every day in a role where your ideas and dedication are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and enjoy their favorite events.
