Job summary

Support Solutions Memphis is seeking compassionate part-time staff to assist individuals with disabilities in leading more self-directed lives. You will support daily routines, accompany clients to appointments and activities, and help maintain safety and independence in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, documentation, and ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to read/write effectively; high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must meet background checks and training requirements.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support per the Individual Support Plan to help clients achieve goals.
• Assist with daily routines and activities to promote independence and self-direction.
• Support community integration by arranging transportation to events, jobs, and appointments.
• Document shift notes and client progress in the electronic records system.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and safety in client homes and community settings.
