Job summary

PEOPLES CHOICE LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Memphis, Tennessee. The DSP will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while promoting dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include direct care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting individuals in achieving life skills and community integration. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be available to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare, home care, or direct support setting.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in accordance with individualized support plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Administer medications in accordance with state guidelines.
• Support individuals in developing life skills, social skills, and community integration.
