Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help adults with developmental disabilities thrive at home and in the community. You will provide hands-on care, advocacy, and support with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; experience with adults with intellectual/developmental or behavioral health disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointment attendance.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and use of mobility aids; ensure safe navigation of environments.
• Document daily notes, progress, and incident reports in electronic systems.
