Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• No GED or high school diploma required.
• Must have a valid drivers license with 1 year driving history without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Care for participants with developmental disabilities with compassion and respect.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with behavioral challenges and other needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and pursue personal goals.
• Develop meaningful relationships and support participants in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
