This full-time role includes evenings and weekend shifts (Wed-Fri 2 p–10 p, plus every other Sat/Sun 8 a–10 p). We value compassion, reliability, and a commitment to helping participants live well and independently.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Compassionate, patient and reliable caregiver with good communication

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Develop real relationships with participants and support their goals
• Help participants participate in community activities and daily living
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and care teams to ensure wellbeing
