Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to help individuals grow, learn, and live well. You’ll assist with daily living, hygiene, and community involvement while building meaningful relationships with participants and their families.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience in human services or direct care. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs in a compassionate manner.
• Help participants set and pursue developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Foster community involvement and meaningful activities to enhance quality of life.
