Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll assist with daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help participants pursue personal goals while collaborating with a compassionate, mission-driven team.

You’ll be part of a nationwide provider that values growth, learning, and reliable, patient care. A valid license and vehicle help you serve participants in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
