Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and participation in community activities while building meaningful relationships with participants.

We value patient, reliable team players who communicate well and can manage multiple tasks. A high school diploma is required, and prior human services experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and favorite hobbies.
• Encourage budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
