Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and develop goals.
• Help participants participate in community activities and routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure participant wellbeing and safety.
