Job summary

Vibrant Assisted Living in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Direct Service Provider to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide personal care in a supportive living environment.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, monitoring health, administering medications as directed, and communicating with residents, families, and the care team. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required or willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or a related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and personal assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all residents.
