Life Enriching Communities in Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Home Services Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility. You will respond quickly to needs, promote dignity, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in Home Services preferred.
• Good computer skills, including use of email and data entry.
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, grooming, ambulation, toileting, transfers).
• Assist with meals and snacks, adhering to dietary considerations.
• Assist with oxygen equipment.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Shop and run errands for clients.
• Other duties as assigned by Home Services Coordinator.
