Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the United States. We have been serving the elderly and disabled for over 40 years and offer up to $19 per hour, plus cash bonuses and referrals.

Join us to provide dignified, compassionate care and support families with safe, ethical service. Responsibilities include home assistance, light housekeeping, transportation if needed, medication reminders, meals, and meaningful companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Capable of reaching, bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide light home assistance, housekeeping, errands or transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with personal living activities and grooming.
• Offer companionship and engaging conversation to participants.
