Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. We support the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities and offer opportunities to earn up to $19 per hour along with cash and referral bonuses.

The role emphasizes compassionate home care, including light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed. Training is mobile-friendly with Zoom face-to-face options and flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time

Responsabilités

• The ideal candidate must be able to care for our Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. Care for the Participant physical and emotional care due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications. Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
