Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the United States. We have over 40 years of experience supporting the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities.

Earn up to $19 per hour, with cash and referral bonuses and recognition for going above and beyond. The role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options and mobile app-based application and training.

Qualificações

• Must be able to care for Participants with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Must be 18 years old and able to complete a Criminal Background report.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home assistance including light housekeeping and transportation if needed.
• Remind and assist with medications and prepare meals and personal care as needed.
• Offer companionship and conversation to participants and ensure safety of their property.
