Job summary

ICM Inc in Fairfield Bay, AR is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide compassionate daily living assistance in a residential setting. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medications, and household tasks, while ensuring safety and dignity for each client.

You will document daily progress, coordinate transportation when needed, and communicate with supervisors about changes in condition. A high school diploma and AR driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HIPAA compliance understanding is preferred.
• Follows SOPs and maintains a clean, orderly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Help customers make appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and safety; monitor equipment and surroundings.
• Perform other duties as assigned; demonstrate quality decision making, effective communication, and positive work ethic.
