Job summary

ICM is seeking compassionate in-home care professionals in Glenwood, AR to assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, medication reminders, and companionship. You will support clients in achieving quality of life and independence within their homes, while documenting each shift in an online platform.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18 years old, and a valid Arkansas driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid AR Driver's License and valid Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality in-home care including assistance with bathing, grooming, feeding, dressing and medication administration.
• Assist customers with daily activities and planning menus, and provide companionship.
• Help customers make and keep appointments and arrange transportation for errands.
• Observe customer condition, monitor surroundings, and ensure safety and equipment readiness.
• Provide written updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
