Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals, medications) and light housework.
• Assist with transportation planning and accompany on errands as needed.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Monitor client safety and environment; observe condition and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team; accept feedback and be reliable.
