Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, medication assistance, housework).
• Assist customers with appointments and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Help customers achieve goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety.
