Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of supervised work in public health/human services or 2 years in developmental disabilities.
• Valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• HIPAA compliance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care and assist with daily activities (bathing, meals, medication reminders, dressing, grooming).
• Assist customers with appointments and transportation; act as a companion.
• Support goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via online platform.
• Observe customer condition and maintain safety; monitor equipment and surroundings.
• Perform other duties as assigned; demonstrate quality decision making and effective communication.
