• Prepare dining room for meals and complete pre-meal procedures.
• Fill resident food requests and transport/service trays as needed.
• Establish relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Understand menus, ingredients, and tasting notes prior to service.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Work as part of a team and support management goals.
• Promote Cascade Living’s mission, values and beliefs.
