Cascade Living Group’s Alpine Way is seeking a Dining Services Associate (Server) to provide a safe, comfortable dining experience for our seniors. You will work with the dining room manager to accommodate dietary needs and deliver meals with care.

This full-time role requires evenings and weekends, including Sundays and Thursdays from 4pm-8pm and Mon-Wed 11:30am-8pm. A Food Workers Card is required; competitive wages apply. Recruiter contact via provided email.

Qualifications

• Food Workers Card is required.
• Experience in dining with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for all meals and complete pre-meal procedures.
• Fill resident food requests and transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to residents.
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Understand menus and answer questions arising during service.
• Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Act as a team member and support management goals.
