Cascade Living Group's Magnolia Grand is seeking a Server (Dining Services Associate) to create a safe, pleasant dining experience for our seniors in independent living. You will prepare dining room, serve meals, and build relationships with residents and families while meeting dietary needs.

You will maintain cleanliness, support team goals, and demonstrate strong communication and taste knowledge of entrees during service.

Competenze

• Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler’s or serve safe certification.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

As a Server (Dining Services Associate) with Magnolia Grand, you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our seniors. Unlike other serving positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.

What we look for in a Dining Room Server (Dining Services Associate):

• Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans
• Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler’s or serve safe certification
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect
• Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

Required Certifications:

• Food Workers Card

$16.90- $18.90/hour
*Depending on Experience
