Compass Senior Living seeks a Dining Services Server/Waiter to serve elders with compassion and professionalism in our Oregon community. You will take meal orders, assist with dining service, and help maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

You will work as part of a team to ensure safe, appetizing meals in line with dietary standards, while providing friendly service and engaging with residents and guests throughout shifts in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• You will strictly adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will see that appropriate snacks are available to elders with special dietary needs.

Responsabilités

• The Dining Assistant/Waiter serves elders and guests, takes orders for meals, and cleans tables after meals.
• Prepares and serves meals for the dietary department in a safe and appetizing method in compliance with dietary standards, policy, and procedures.
• Cleans the kitchen, washes dishes, and returns food to proper storage.
