Training is provided, shifts may vary, and applicants must pass required screenings. A fingerprint clearance card is preferred or willingness to obtain one; references are required for employment consideration.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive and welcoming personality.
• Willing to learn and receive training.
• Flexible availability, including various days and shifts.
• Willing to complete required drug screening.
• Valid fingerprint clearance card or willingness to apply for one.
• Dependable and team‑oriented.
• Open to learning additional responsibilities and advancement within Dining Services.
• Four references required.
• Shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• The Server works in the dining room serving meals and related tasks for senior residents.
• Maintain a pleasant and efficient dining operation.
• Prepare foods according to dietary standards.
• Follow directions and communicate with residents.
• Assist in set‑ups and dining room service.
• Take orders, serve food, and deliver trays as needed.
• Bus tables and assist with kitchen and dining area cleanliness.
• Follow infections control procedures and residents’ rights policies.
