As part of the dining team, you will assist with meal service, maintain a clean dining room, and collaborate with kitchen and caregiving staff to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction. This role values hospitality, reliability, and a genuine love for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• Previous server, dining, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining service.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Observe resident needs and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Support residents during mealtimes with patience and attentiveness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
