Oakmont Management Group in Denver area seeks a Server to provide warm, courteous dining service for residents, families, and visitors in a senior living community. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and ensure smooth service with attention to safety and hospitality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respectful interactions, and adherence to health and safety standards while supporting a five-star experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Pass background check and health screening including TB tests.
• Compliance with health guidelines and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and bus tables; maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Follow serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team across departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
