The role requires attention to dietary needs, high sanitation standards, and a friendly, professional attitude toward residents and guests. Training is provided, with perfect attendance bonuses and full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high standards of sanitation and safety in food service.
• Maintain personal hygiene and hair control.
• Strong interpersonal skills for residents and staff.
• Ability to learn and operate kitchen equipment.
• Must obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Current Food Handlers card from local health department.
• Knowledge of dietary practices and related regulations for hospital/nursing home operations.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver meal and beverage orders.
• Deliver meals promptly and attractively to residents.
• Provide attentive, courteous service and address resident needs.
• Set up dining room and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Clear and reset tables after meals.
• Take and deliver room service orders to residents.
• Be knowledgeable about menu and dietary restrictions.
