Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, a network of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across multiple states, seeks a friendly server to provide meals and exceptional hospitality to residents. This role emphasizes caring for seniors, teamwork, and maintaining clean dining spaces within a regulated, supportive environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with a large senior living organization focused on excellence and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and describe all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality standards.
